We take pride in the fact that we are a smaller operation and because of that, throughout the restoration process you will be working directly with the owners. We believe this to be very important as having worked in the past for ‘the big guys’ who have many employees and several offices, we’ve seen first-hand how the customer can simply become, quite literally, just a number.
We have over 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry and 25 of those years are solely in the insurance restoration industry.
We are certified by the IICRC in both Fire and Smoke Restoration and Odor Control.

These relationships translate into a smoother process from start to finish with regard to scheduling/timing as well as the quality of the finished product as they know the high standards we expect of them.

Emergency Services & Board up
We are on stand-by 24/7 and prepared to respond to any emergency you may have whether it’s fire, water, or storm related. We have a fully stocked emergency response vehicle that has the necessary materials to properly secure your home. Whether it’s simply broken windows or doors, or something more significant such as a compromised roof structure that needs to be secured, we will do our best to ensure your property and remaining valuables are secure. We will send out one of our knowledgeable and caring staff members to assist you with the emergency at hand as well as help you navigate the insurance claim process.
Estimating
After your home has been properly boarded up and secured our team at Premier Restoration Services will start to get to work on the claim settlement on your behalf. This entails communicating and often an on-site meeting with your insurance adjuster to co-scope the damages so we can create a comprehensive repair estimate itemizing all the damage to your home. We use state of the art technology to capture 360-degree imagery as well as detailed measurements of your home. Once the repair estimate is approved by your insurance company, we can then enter contract for repairs.
Selective Demo/Permit Prep
The first order of business is to remove all damaged content and damaged building material and debris. While demo is being completed, we typically have an architect/structural engineer evaluate the damages so repair drawings can be drafted for a building permit to be issued. Once we have the approved building permit, we can now start the repair process, which will be overseen by one of our talented project managers.
Rebuild Phase
Once under contract and permit has been issued, it's time to rebuild. This is often the most exciting time for both our clients as well as our Project Managers. It's always been a passion of ours to come along side those in need and provide our services. This business isn't for everyone, it takes empathy, patience, dedication, and a true servant's heart to endure all of the challenges this industry brings with it. Accurate Measurements
We use state of the art technology using lidar which not only creates a 3D image tour of your home, but it also takes extremely accurate measurements. We also hand measure to ensure accuracy is maintained.

Certified Architect/Engineers
We have a long-standing relationship with our architect and engineer which allows us the ability to have your stamped rebuild drawings prepared expeditiously for permit submission.
